Reply to Sunil: The flavonoids trifolin and hyperin belong to flavonol 3-O-galactosides,and the difference is that they possess different aglycones: kaempferol and quercetin, respectively. So the chemical shifts and coupling modes in ring B are obviously different in their 1H-NMR spectra.
